The Fuel Relief Fund, Inc. was founded after a group of volunteers realized the dire need for fuel during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.​ It is the world’s only charitable organization focused exclusively on fuel provision in natural disasters and complex emergencies. ​ Since 2009, Fuel Relief Fund has been leveraging the fuel industry and humanitarian sector expertise, managing emergency fuel supply chain in the direst of circumstances. ​

Hardin-Francis worked with the organization to provide marketing strategy, content planning and digital materials to increase the global exposure of Fuel Relief Fund.
